NOW Function To Extract System Date In Excel

DEFINITION: NOW() Function Returns The Current Date And Time From Your System. It Is Automatically Refreshed Anytime The Workbook Is Opened Or A Change Is Made As It Using The System Time Value. It Can Also Be Manually Refreshed By Shortcut Key F9.

IMPLEMENT: The Now() Function Is Useful When You Need To Display The Current Date And Time On A Active Worksheet Or To Calculate A Value Based On The Current Date And Time As It Use Your System Date.

SYNTAX: =NOW() (Takes No Parameters But Requires Empty Parentheses)
