Conditional Formatting To Highlight Unique Values

How to use and apply the Conditional Formatting rules by using custom options please follow the step shown below and example in image and video.

  1. NOTE:- Conditional Formatting Rules Always Work On The Base Of True & False Only.
  2. Select The Range Of Your Data.
  3. GO To Home Tab
  4. Then Go To Conditional Formatting.
  5. Then Click & Select New Rule.
  6. One Dialog Box Will Get Pop-Up
  7. Then Select Format Unique Or Duplicate In Second Last In Option List.
  8. Once Its Done Select The Formatting Option According To Your Requirement As Shown In This Example.
  9. Once It’s Done Click Ok.
  10. Then Use Filter With Color And You Wil Have All Unique Numbers.
  11. That’s It 🙂
